HARBOR HOUSE INC EXPANDS ADDICTION SERVICES IN HOT SPRINGS  

HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS, April 26, 2021. Harbor House, Inc. (HHI) is expanding addiction services in Hot Springs by opening a residential substance abuse treatment center. The 66 bed inpatient facility has now officially opened its doors to the public.   Harbor House, Inc. is a nationally accredited behavioral health agency headquartered in Fort Smith, Arkansas. HHI has provided residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment to the citizens of Arkansas for over 50 years.  Harbor House first expanded operations to Hot Springs in 2017 with an outpatient clinic providing re-entry services to Garland County’s Arkansas Community of Corrections.   Harbor House Hot Springs will be located at 812 Mountain Pine Road. Operations will include residential substance abuse treatment, an observational detox unit, and Specialized Women’s Services (SWS). SWS is a program that expands residential treatment to meet the needs of pregnant women, women with children under 6 years of age, or women with children in DCFS custody. Grants will be provided for those that meet eligibility.   HHI is excited to expand residential operations to the Hot Springs area in pursuit of propelling the Harbor House mission of providing hope and healing to men and women suffering from addiction. HARBOR HOUSE ANNOUNCES CARL NORRIS AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS, February 9, 2021. Harbor House, Inc. (HHI) a behavioral health agency based in Fort Smith announces Carl Norris has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as of January 28, 2021.

Norris brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having over 35 years of experience in business operations management. He is a partner in B2B CFO, the largest CFO and Business Transition services company in the nation. His roles as CFO, entrepreneur, and executive business leader have helped numerous organizations grow and improve operational efficiency. Norris has served as a consultant for Harbor House’s Board of Directors since 2018. He has an extensive background in the non-profit sector and looks forward to using his experience to propel Harbor House as a leading provider of behavioral health services in the state of Arkansas.

An Arkansas native and Fort Smith resident since 1985, Carl has a deep appreciation for the community of Fort Smith and shares the Harbor House mission of providing hope and healing to men and women suffering from addiction. Norris is excited to lead a company that has played a monumental role in the substance abuse field in the River Valley area, as well as across the state.
